Brandon Cant is the Chef and Owner of Coast2Coast Meal Prep formerly Coast 2 Coast Food Truck. Brandon moved to Colorado from California with 20+ years of experience in the restaurant industry.  In 2018, he launched the YouTube channel “Coast2Coast Cooking” where he cooked iconic dishes from all over the United States. He found it to be a great way to learn and share the culinary culture of our great country.

After 6 months of doing the show, he decided to expand the brand into a food truck and in January 2019,  he launched the Coast2Coast Food Truck and has been putting together regional flavors ever since.

Coast2Coast Meal Prep was added in February of 2021 as a way to help anyone looking to make their life easier when it comes to healthy food options and was truly created out of demand. As a former “home meal prepper”, Brandon knew how hard it was to make good choices in such a busy world. In his experience, when people become proactive and prep their meals ahead of time, they don’t want to take all day to do it so shortcuts happen and and we can often end up in a rut of the same dishes.

Coast2Coast Meal Prep provides meals that are already cooked and prepared but à la carte! These meals are not left overs! These meals are cooked specifically to have the cooking completed at a later time and are never frozen.
