TWO SACRED MOUNTAINS are sights to behold from this property. Mount Blanca is to the north and marks the eastern boundary of what was Navajo territory. It sits bold and beautiful and calls us all back to nature, as it leaves us simply in awe of her majesty. Blanca Peak is the fourth-highest peak of the Rocky Mountains and is only one of four 14,000 ft peaks that this mountain contains. Ute Mountain to the WSW, was formed as lava oozed like honey to create it's unique round shape. At 10,093' in elevation, this mountain marks the highest point of the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument. There is neither an HOA nor build time requirements for this off the grid property. County building codes apply.
